Funen Farm Field

On a family vacation last year, we took a train from Copenhagen to Vejle, and in the process traversed the whole of Funen, Denmark's third-largest island. I spent the whole trip admiring the landscape out the train windows. This painting is inspired by the farm fields flying by.

Painted with a limited palette of Payne's gray, green gold, cadmium red light, and titanium white.
